Refund / Cancellation Policy
Scope
This policy applies to all paid services offered by Blackstone Data Dynamics, including but not limited to discovery workshops, fixed-fee assessments, online training sessions, strategic consulting, and monthly retainers—whether purchased through our website or by executing a Statement of Work ("SOW").
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our work—where time, expertise, and resources are allocated upon confirmation of service—we do not offer refunds for any payments made once a service has been confirmed or commenced. This includes all service engagements, regardless of whether the work has fully commenced or been completed.
We pride ourselves on transparent communication, clear deliverables, and measurable outcomes. If you have any concerns about your engagement, we encourage you to reach out to us promptly so we can address them proactively.
Cooling-Off Period (EU Consumers)
If you are an EU consumer and purchase a digital service online, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. However, by requesting that we begin work during this period, you waive your right to a full refund. We may deduct a reasonable charge based on the work completed before cancellation.
Consulting Retainers
Monthly consulting retainers may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice by either party. No refunds will be provided for hours already allocated or delivered. In cases where work has not yet commenced for prepaid retainers, we may review and, at our discretion, offer a credit toward future services.
Third-Party Costs
Any third-party expenses (such as software licenses, subscriptions, or hosting) purchased on your behalf are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The version in effect will always be the one published on our website at the time of purchase or engagement.
